Jackson’s work with Kelly & Mancini began in law school when he was hired as a law clerk assisting in the firm’s civil litigation department. Since joining the firm as an associate attorney, Jackson has focused on practicing construction law, resolving an array of business disputes, and advising corporate clients. In addition, Jackson contributes to the full range of Kelly & Mancini’s practice areas.
While in law school at Roger Williams University, Jackson was a member of the Environmental Law Moot Court team where he earned “Best Oralist” honors at the 2009 National Environmental Moot Court Competition in New York.
In addition to pursuing appellate advocacy, Jackson was a research assistant to Professor Susan Farady, aiding in the development and publication of the textbook Marine and Coastal Law. Moreover, Jackson served as a research assistant in the Law School’s Legal Writing department and was awarded the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Patent Law.
While at Dickinson College, Jackson served as an intern to the Chief Deputy District Attorney in Carlisle, PA. Additionally, Jackson was selected as a member of the Economics Honor Society (Omicron Delta Epsilon), the Raven’s Claw Honorary Society, and was four-year letter winner with the college’s varsity tennis team.
